The EMUFO-40170-YY emergency LED driver is engineered to provide dependable backup power for UFO-style LED high bay fixtures. Designed for use in commercial and industrial environments such as warehouses, factories, gymnasiums, and large retail spaces, this emergency driver automatically switches the connected fixture from normal AC operation to emergency mode when utility power is lost.

During an outage, the EMUFO-40170-YY supplies a regulated emergency output that allows the LED fixture to operate at a reduced but effective illumination level. The unit operates with a universal input voltage of 100–347 VAC at 50/60 Hz. It is equipped with an integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack that continuously charges while normal power is present and is capable of delivering 40 watts of emergency output power for a minimum of 90 minutes, meeting common emergency lighting standards.

The driver supports LED load voltages of 170 VDC, allowing it to work efficiently with many UFO high bay LED drivers.

Its compact, fixture-compatible design allows it to be installed within or alongside UFO high bay luminaires without interfering with standard operation, making the EMUFO-40170-YY a practical solution for enhancing safety, maintaining illumination during outages, and meeting building code requirements for emergency lighting systems.
